Our virtual hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. (EST) to 4 p.m. (EST).
We serve Greensboro, NC and the surrounding areas.

Do you ship domestic and international?
We ship to both. However, shipping arrival time varies based upon residency.
How long will my order take?
Regarding Teas and Tinctures
Due to our homemade tea blends being made to order, please allow at least 7 to 10 days of processing (preparing and packaging) (not including shipping) in order to preserve their freshness and quality. Our Tinctures take 6 to 8 weeks to make and any "quick mixtures" do not provide quality products for wellness and healing purposes.
Domestic Orders: Once shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number included will be provided. Products normally arrive 3-5 business days. No rush orders (i.e. expedited) will be available.
International Orders: International orders are available also but will normally take longer to ship and arrive to the requested residence. Once shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number included will be provided. Tea products normally arrive 7 to 21 business days. Please order accordingly to allow enough time for you to receive your product. No rush orders (i.e. expedited) will be available.
Are your teas for yoni steaming or for consumption? Do you provide your teas in bags for brewing?
Our tea blends are created to drink using tea infusers (not provided with tea orders) as they are loose leaf teas. We do not provide our tea blends in bags. They are not to be used for yoni steaming.
However, if wanting to request a customized yoni steam blend, please email to inquire.
Are your products safe for lactation/those on medication/high blood pressure/other medical conditions?
We believe in the power of herbal healing. However, many herbs can conflict with medication issues if one is on medication as well as affect one's milk supply if nursing. We provide warnings for those who fall under the conditions to provide safety and awareness. Please consult with your medical physician and/or practitioner for further advice.
What are in your tea and tincture products and who is your supplier?
Our teas are made up of the finest USDA-organic herbal ingredients by the very best suppliers in the country. Our teas and tinctures are created with various herbs that promote healing and wellness for those in need.
How long will tinctures take to make and can I pre-order?
Tinctures are alcohol-based and have a process that can take 6 to 8 weeks to create due to the needed and careful extraction from the herbs to provide the best quality product for one's requested need. We recommend to not pre-order until we have provided availability to order after the process of extraction and preparation are complete.
Do you do customized tinctures and teas?
We provide customized teas (please allow 1 week to be completed if supplies are available). We do not provide customized tinctures due to the extraction process being 6 to 8 weeks to complete (not including preparing the product for storage and labeling).
What is a tincture? Is it better than teas?
Tinctures are alcohol-based or non-alcohol based liquids used for healing and wellness purposes. They are for those who may not have time to brew our teas and need something quick and fast to consume for their body's needs. Our tinctures and teas provide the same quality of wellness for one's needs. It depends on one's preference and what works best for them. It is to be taken under the tongue for the best way to absorb it via the bloodstream.
Do you provide free samples of your products for those to try out?
No, we do not provide free samples. However, we may on occasion provide promotional samples and/or samples of a product during our customer appreciation events/sales.

Who are your services for?
Our wellness services are for any and everyone in need. Although we cater to mainly people of color, we will try our best to accommodate the needs of others. We believe in providing wellness and healing to all those who feel a need for more love and support in their lifestyle.
What are your availability/work hours and cancellation/reschedule policy?
All services vary.
All appointments for our wellness services are needed to be scheduled as there are details on how to successfully book one's appointment for our services. In order to have your appointment booked officially, full payment or deposit (depending on the service) must be provided before confirmation is given. No excuses. Failure to provide full payment or deposit will result in automatic cancellation, leaving the slot open for the booking of another client.
If needing to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice. No deposits will be refunded unless it is at the discretion of the business.
Regarding Rescheduling and Full Payment: Full payments will be placed on hold for the service to be rescheduled. If one is unsure what date and time is needed for rescheduling, a full refund will be provided.
We do not hold slots. Our services are on a "first-come, first-served" basis and would need to be booked accordingly.
Do you serve those outside of North Carolina?
At this time we do not but we will in the future (possibly Summer 2021). However, travel expenses will be included as additional fees provided along with the requested services.
What areas in North Carolina do you serve?
We provide our wellness services to those in the Triad Area (Greensboro, and High Point).
